♡ My trip to Florida 2014 ( Photo Heavy ) ♡

Hello everyone! Today I thought I'd take a tiny break from my reviews & do something a little bit different.

As you know, I took a three week break from blogging ( & my 'normal' life ) as I was away in America! Me & my family all took a holiday in Florida, we actually went to three different parts of Florida so we could experience different things. This post is mainly about the first week as that's the week I got most of the photos & actually did the most. I did upload the photos to Facebook, but of course, since a lot of you don't have me added, I'm going to upload most of them here!

Our journey began on the 11th of July, this meant missing school for me which was great, aha! Our flight there was meant to be straight forward, arrived at around 10:00am, then fly at 2:45pm & arrive in America in the evening. Instead our flight got delayed by two & a half hours, which meant we had to stay in the airport for ages. To make things worse, we had to queue up for another hour & a half to actually get on the plane & another half hour or so before we set off ( considering we were last on the plane as well ). The only thing which made the plane better was the good in-flight movies; I ended up watching Catching Fire, The Book Thief & Divergent on the way there, and the fact that we were sat across from no one! This may not seem so great to some, but for me & Robyn it was great, we get very anxious not knowing who we're going to be sat across from ( as weird as that sounds ). But we did end up in Florida really late, not to mention we had to actually make it to our first villa - put it this way, we ended up food shopping at midnight & eating McDonalds at 12:40am. It was exhausting, BUT I guess worth it as the next three weeks were amazing!

♡ Downtown Disney ♡

The first place I actually took photos at was Downtown Disney. We had never been there before, but it was a nice experience, it's mainly shops & restaurants, but there is other stuff too! It's also free entry which is great! 

When I refer to 'other stuff' I mean stuff like this! Me & Robyn really wanted to go in there but we didn't get the chance unfortunately - maybe next time? 

 

 When we were in Dowtown Disney we found 'World of Disney', which apparently is the worlds largest Disney stores. It has 12 different rooms full of toys, apparel, makeup, jewelry, homeware - it was amazing, I wanted to buy so much but managed to keep my cool. Not to mention the inside of the store was decorated amazing. Above are photos I took in the first room we went in! I did buy stuff there, but for now I will wait till later till my haul!

               

 There was also Sleeping Beauty & Cinderella Statues outside, they look a little odd but they added a cute touch to the store! 

I also did an outfit shot of my outfit that day! I did plan to do more BUT it was so hard as, as soon as I were ready most days we had to set off ; v ;

♡ Epcot ♡

Two days later me & Robyn went to Epcot! I took so many photos here, but of course I picked out my favourites! 

Of course the typical Epcot photos in front of the giant 'Golf Ball'! We arrived there at around 9:00am, but the World Showcase didn't actually open till 11:00am, so we decided to go on Spaceship Earth & look in the store Mouse Gear! For the day I went for a Marie ( Aristocats ) inspired coord; all white with a pink bow ( I also had a Marie necklace on ). The top is from SheInside, the skirt from eBay & bow from Bowkuma! 

When we finally got to the World Showcase we started off in Canada! It was so pretty! 

The next country was England! We don't like to really stay there for long as we live there of course, but we managed to get a photo with Alice! Our first character photo of the trip! She was so cute - sorry if I look creepy or weird ; v ; 

After lunch we went to France, I really wanted to meet Belle here, but it started raining really heavy ( for hours as well ) so there was no chance of seeing her! I was so gutted, she's my favourite Princess as well! The rain also meant missing out on Mulan, who's another one of my Disney favourites! Maybe next time?

By the time we got to Morocco we were soaked! I admit, at this point I felt like crying, I felt so uncomfortable & sad that our day was just full of rain. I guess it did add a bit of humour though, me & Robyn joked about how our rain ponchos were literally just plastic bags & mine ripped before we got it on! On the bright side we met Aladdin & Jasmine, look how cute they are?!?

Japan was next in the line up! We were actually really excited for Japan, as 'weeaboo' as it seems; I always remembered the store Mitsukoshi was great! It had so many items in there, but because it was only Day 4 I didn't want to spend as much as I realized I could get a lot of it online! I ended up only buying 2 things ( even I surprised myself! ).

& finally China! 

♡ Disney's Magic Kingdom / Disneyworld ♡

Two days later & we found ourselves in Disneyworld! I can honestly say that it was my best experience out of all the times I've been, despite it being so exhausting!

Pretty much straight away we met Tink, the wait was so short & she was absolutely adorable! Apparently I'm a 'gardening fairy' because of my pink dress! Sorry that my hair looks a mess! 

As soon as we came out from seeing Tink we ended up in this store & because I had forgot my Minnie ears I decided to get some new ones! I was originally going to get the pink sparkly ears but then came across this massive Daisy(?) bow, it was too cute not to buy! Apparently it was new in! 

Selfies in the store! It went so cute with my outfit! For those wondering my gingham dress is from Missguided, I was also wearing my Marie necklace as well! 

One of the highlights was meeting Peter Pan! He's one of my favourite Disney Characters & I admit I cried afterwards! I looked really bad in the photos with him, but I did get a cute Instax mini with him, in which he signed! Here's just a photo of us talking, once again sorry for my hair ; - ; 

I also met one of my favourite Princesses Tiana! She was so adorable! 

 

Before we went to watch the parade I got some pretty photos of the castle! We actually ended up going to the parade 40 minutes early because we wanted to be at the front, it was boiling, probably the hottest part of the day! But it was worth it, the parade was the Festival of Fantasy & it was amazing! 

I may have not met Belle but I saw her in the parade & she was so beautiful! I was pleased to see they started the parade!

I'm really sad that I didn't get a good photo of them Anna & Elsa, we definitely couldn't meet them either as the waits for them was always 80-90 minutes! People actually screamed when they saw them!

We then met Tiana again just to meet Naveen! My favourite Disney Prince! He was very attractive, I think we make a good couple to be honest. ♡♡♡

We went on some rides afterwards! Peter Pans flight we actually went on at around 10:00pm but we finally got on after trying to find a good waiting time! Years before we never went on purely because it was always so busy! For the entire day we didn't actually go on that many rides, mainly because we were meeting characters etc. I don't mind though, I've been on a lot of them! 

Something I was really impressed with was the new areas. Despite this being a toilet area, this was one of the cutest! At night the lanterns turned on!

More of the new area; we went on the new The Little Mermaid ride which was so cute! We also got to meet Ariel but the photos didn't turn out that nice! I was really disappointed that we couldn't find a Dinglehopper brush either!

More castle photos! The family eating in the background kind of ruin it but whatever! That's all the Disney photos I'm sharing with you! I didn't actually take that many photos afterwards which is a shame but we went to buy stuff & went on rides. Towards the night ( when we were getting on the Peter Pan ride ) I actually started to feel really ill. I was dehydrated, exhausted & nearly fainted. It was horrible, I made it back in one piece but we had been there for about 13 hours! It was worth it but the crowds didn't help! I do hope to go back though, I'm actually wanting to audition as a face character. I'm not sure if I look the part for any of the characters but there's might as well give it a try! 

♡ Other ♡

I can't really put the other photos into categories but I'm going to share some other favourites with you! 

This was at our second villa, it was super nice & relaxing!

Whilst we were at the third villa we visited an aquarium, me & Robyn love sea life so we didn't want to miss this opportunity. I probably got more footage in the aquarium than photos!

On the last day we went to the beach. This was the only time I went there for the entirety of the holiday, which seems pretty crazy. I've always thought that I hated beaches but when I was there I really enjoyed it, not many people were there & the sea was clear & cool!

Also got some Bikini selfies back at the villa. My bikini is from New Look from the Kelly Brooke section, according to Robyn it makes me look like a Cuttlefish!

So there is some of the photos I took in Florida, I nearly took up most of my memory card with photos & footage. Which reminds me that I may take all the footage & put it in a video, I'm not sure yet! I also have an upcoming haul, so here's a preview!

I had an amazing time in Florida, so hopefully we'll be back in two years!
