So if you're a Disney fan, you'll already know that 2015 has some exciting film releases, including Big Hero 6, Into the Woods, Frozen Fever and the live action Cinderella (a live action Beauty and the Beast was also announced last month featuring Emma Watson as well which I couldn't be more happier about!) - I really hope the release more live action Princess movies in the future but for now I'll carry on with this.
Now, if your into Beauty and Disney then M.A.C have an amazing collection coming your way!
The film itself is being released in March and features Downton Abbey's Lily James as Cinderella, but the M.A.C collection itself is being released later this month on M.A.C Cosmetics (for the US anyway).
In the collection there is a variety of make up items, including brushes, lip products and more!
I'm not entirely sure how many items are in the collection, but below are ones I have come across on the internet!
Within the collection there is two lipsticks, they're £17.00 each and come in Royal Ball and Free as a Butterfly.
To match the lipsticks, there is two matching lipglass' for £16.00 each, one in Glass Slipper and Happily Ever After. I love how shimmery they look I hope they look as nice when on.
On the left is Coupe D'Chic Iridescent Pressed Powder and on the right is Mystery Princess Beauty Powder both are £23.00 each and once again seem very shimmery!
Of course, you need a palette, this is the Stroke Of Midnight Palette in which you get 6 eyeshadows (both matte and shimmery) for £38.50. I'm not entirely sure if I'm into the colour options, I feel like there should be a baby blue (despite the packaging being a baby blue) within it!
Of course with all the shimmery products so far, it's expected that M.A.C release some glitters! From left to right; Reflects Pearl, Evil Stepmother and Pretty Me Up, each for £18.50.
If you're not that into loose pigments (like me) then the collection also offers two shimmery eye glosses which are too £18.50 each. They come in Lightly Tauped and Pearl Vanish.
M.A.C has also released two new Fluidline's for this collection, they're £17.00 each and come in Little Black Bow and Macroviolet.
There's also a Studio Fix Lash Mascara in Boldblack. In all honesty, I can't imagine there is anything amazing or special about this particular item which separates it from M.A.C's original collections apart from the packaging. It's one of the cheaper items in the collection for £16.00 so I guess it's not too bad!
The final items in the collection are these two brushes, the 217 blending blush (£21)and the 168 large angled contour brush (£30). Like the mascara I'm not seeing anything amazing about the brushes, I won't doubt that they're most likely good quality, but in terms of the Cinderella collection, they just look like every other brush, so I don't rate them too much!
So that's everything within the collection! I think the collection is super pretty, the shimmers definitely are Princess-Esque, I would of liked to see more baby blue in terms of actual colours for the make up rather than just having the packaging baby blue. I'm mainly into the lipsticks, lipglass' and Beauty Powder personally - I just hope I'll be able to get my hands on them!
What are you hoping to get?
Of course this isn't the first time Disney has collaborated with make up brands. M.A.C had already collaborated with Disney a year back when Maleficent was released, releasing a massive collection which could only be described as amazing.
Sephora too released Disney collections a while back, which included these beautiful palettes although, to get your hands on them now can be quite pricey!
If Sephora and M.A.C are a little bit on the pricey side, the Walgreens too released Disney Collections, which included collaborations with E.L.F x Disney and Ardell x Disney.
They first released Ariel, which then went on to Snow White and more recently Jasmine.
I own a few items of the Ariel items whilst I was over in the US and they're perfect! Although if you're in the UK then it's a little bit harder to get your hands on the items.
Then of course, if you're familiar with Korean Brand Etude House, then you will probably of heard of the XOXO Minnie Collection!
Other make up collections include Paul & Joe (although it's very hard to get hold of) O.P.I, Beautifully, Anna Sui and Eos.
If you know anymore Disney Beauty collections or any other Disney Collaborations which you think are interesting, don't hesitate to comment!
Thankyou so much for reading!
