♡ Small Manchester Expo 2013 Haul & Cosplay Plans ♡

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?

So today I thought I would take a break from reviews & do a small haul from when I went to Manchester Expo on the 20th July! I would of loved to do a whole post on the day but in all honesty I don't have many photos. I personally felt that the expo was a little disappointing. First of all I wasn't Cosplaying because it was far too hot, not only that but me & my sister had to line up for about 20 minutes just to get in, despite us having early tickets. Once we got in it was a relief as it was cool, but then as more & more people got in the event became far too crowded. Honestly me & my sister had to push through crowds, my feet also ended up hurting & I felt very ill. There was also a lack of Cosplayers I feel, obviously because of the weather, I also never ended up seeing many people I wanted to meet! I know it sounds like I'm being a kill joy, but compared to Telford it was nothing! Although on the bright side I got some super cute things & got to see the masquerade. This was a big thing for me & my sister as we have never seen due to coming to the stage seating area too late & being very small - haha! Anyway onto what I got! 

♡ So of course I had to get more peach tea! Unfortunately you can't get this near me, I also wanted a bottle of it but they only had cans, either way - still delicious! ♡

♡ I then got these two posters,  even though it pains me to say this, I've been meaning to replace my SHINee poster for ages! So finally, I did. If you didn't know 'An Cafe' & ' The Gazette' are actually some of my favorite bands! Don't they look beautiful?! ♡

♡ So next I got another poster, well 'print' I guess you could say. This is by the lovely Peach-maiden ( thankyou to everyone on instagram who told me who the artist was! ), honestly when I saw her store I fell in love with her work. I actually also wanted a Shiro ( from DW ) print as well, so if she is at the next Con I go to I think I'm going to buy more, aha! But this was the print which stood out to me the most, if you know me, you will know I love Madoka Magica, so of course I would get the Godoka print! It looks super cute up right? ♡ 

So then after I got the posters/print, I tried looking for figures, literally no store does Chi ones, the Alisa one from Tekken I didn't have enough money for & most of the Madoka ones were Nendroids, which I'm not too keen on! But instead I went to Estatic Arts, which had Half Age figures for only £5, so of course I had to get some!

♡ So when I first went over to there stall I only got one, so of course I got Homura, her being my favourite character ( along with Madoka ofc, but there was no Madoka there the first time I went ) Isn't she cute? Although her leg is bent at a really awkward angle, lol ♡

♡ So after I went back to the store & I was originally going to get Mami but Sayaka was literally the only one left, but since I literally want them all I decided I would buy her! ♡

♡ So literally at the very end of the Con, me & my sister decided to go back for once last look & I noticed they had put some more Half Age figures on display. I would of got the rest of them, but I only had £5.00 left so I could only get one! This time the boxed were close ( instead of open like before ), so I was worried I would get the same character again, but the man who worked there kindly looked through all the boxed for a Madoka for me! How nice! Unfortunately Madoka has one of her bobbles missing, but I contacted Estactic Arts about this & they said they would refund me! ♡  

♡  So the final thing I got was this Pom Pom Purin plush, I can't express how long I've wanted for one of these! I've been eyeing it up for some time so I finally got him! He also has a butt hole, lol. ♡

So that's pretty much all I have to say for Manchester Expo. But after seeing the masquerade I just feel so inspired to Cosplay more! Also after the Otaku Owls disbanding it just gives me the excuse to Cosplay more! I'm planning on entering masquerades, hopefully one day singing! Just to end this post I will show you some of my Cosplay plans!

So that's pretty much it so far, well the ones which are possible, like I can put together Esmeralda's & Reese's by myself, Ulala's can hopefully be made, my mum said she may put money towards Madoka & Christmas is coming soon, so I may get Chi's from my grandparents ( I'm not sure yet! )
